Time Capsule
A few weeks ago, my wife bought a new MacBook and along with it, a Time Capsule. In case you are unfamiliar with it, it’s a wireless router/external hard drive. In other words, you can use it to access your internet wirelessly and at the same time, the hard drive. Time Capsule has it’s own software that you schedule backups with and you never have to be hard wired to do it. Since I am quite happy with my Linksys Wireless-G, I just configured the TC to access my existing wireless network. Another cool thing was that it had a USB port for adding a printer or another external drive. In my situation, I wanted to make our USB printer available over the wireless network so both of us could access it.
All in all, it works pretty good.
